Run Forest Run starts and finishes on the school oval, Melwood Avenue, Forestville.
You can collect your bibs from Forestville Public School prior to or on event day as follows.
BEFORE EVENT DAY: From the school staff room on Friday 6 September 2019 from 2:30pm to 6.00pm.
ON EVENT DAY: From the School Hall on Sunday 8 September from 6.45am up to 15 mins before your race.
Please come early to avoid queues and missing your race.
All school toilet facilities will be available on the day of the event.
Check out our school map for event locations and essential facilities (bathrooms, lost children, bag drop off etc).
If you’re after a map of our race courses, then head over to our 2km, 4km and 10km fun run pages.
BAGGAGE DROP (7:00-11:00am)
You can leave your gear at the baggage drop location in the Staff Room. Your bib number will have a tear off section that is attached to your bag and allows us to match you with your bag when you return to collect it. Please take any valuables, such as money, keys and phones with you as we cannot take responsibility for these.
All of the courses will be well marked with arrows, marking tape and we will additionally have plenty of marshals to keep you on track.
CUT OFF TIMES
As we want runners and walkers to participate, there are no cut-off times at specific points for the separate distances. However, there is a general race closure time of 11.00am.
There will be one water station for the 4km course and two water stations for the 10km course.
Please note that the event is a CUP FREE EVENT. You will therefore need to carry a reusable cup, water bottle or a Camelbak style bladder. Reusable cups are small, are no problem to carry along while running and will save thousands of plastic cups from being used, disposed of, and possibly blown away littering our beautiful trail.
If you haven’t already registered, you can on race day too
