Can I enter on the day?

Yes, you can enter on the day. Entries will be accepted up to 15 minutes before the start time. Please come and register at the School Hall as early as possible to avoid queues and missing your race. A late entry fee is applicable to all entries on the morning of the race, so we would encourage you to go online and enter beforehand. If events fill up, we may have to close registrations prior to the day.

Can we enter as a family?

Yes, the 4km event has a family entry category. A family entry includes up to 2 adults and up to 3 children (under 18) from the same family or household.

Can I walk the event?

Yes, both the 2km and 4km events are suitable for walkers and the 4km has the added bonus of taking in some of the beautiful local trails.

What facilities will be available at the event?

There will be toilets, water refill points, a bag drop location to leave your extra belongings, and of course the family fair with plenty of food and drinks, and other stalls to keep the whole family entertained.

Do I need to register if I want to run or walk with my child in the 2km event?

Yes, you should register as an ‘Accompanying Adult’ which has a reduced entry fee but will also mean your time will not be taken.

How are times taken for results?

All events are electronically timed with times taken when you cross the start line and then again when you cross the finish line. This means that you don’t have to be in front of the pack to win the race.

Will the event be photographed?

There will be photographers on site during the event, by participating in this event you give your consent for any images or footage to be used in future event promotional material.

What are the terms and conditions of entry?

Terms and Conditions are available as part of the entry process and you will be able to view them at this point and before you pay your entry fee.
